Catch Us at the Perth Disability Connection Expo!

Join us on August 16 and 17

In Australia there are over 4.4 Million people living with some form of disability.

One of the major struggles for many is finding the right services when they are needed. That’s why Cahoots is coming along to the Perth sequence of Australia’s largest Disability and NDIS related expo, The Perth Disability Connection Expo!

This year’s Expo is a huge community event with entertainment and a variety of things to do for adults, families, children, carers and guardians.

Many people come both days to see everything on hand with over 200 exhibitors featuring NDIS Service Providers, Allied Health, Early Intervention, resource and equipment suppliers, home and community services and disability/complex case services.

As a registered NDIS provider, Cahoots run a variety of inclusive services throughout the year, catering to people of all abilities aged 5+.

Through overnight camps, community participation, and capacity-building activities, we support our participants to grow their independence and develop relationships and social skills while having a whole heap of fun!

Our camps and day programs are tailored to our participants individual needs, offering different services based on their care requirements and age.

Our purpose at Cahoots (formerly Kids’ Camps) is to create inclusive opportunities for children and young people living with disability and others that face exceptional challenges to develop friendships, skills and confidence.

We believe that everyone, of all abilities, should be able to have fun, make friends, and take part in the local community.

Not only is the Expo a great opportunity to find out what services you or your family could be utilizing, but it’s also a super fun weekend out for all abilities, with loads of exciting activities and opportunities.

As an exhibitor, we are excited to showcase all that Cahoots has to offer to the WA community. From Camps to Day Programs, Art Therapy, community events and more.

Spending both the Friday and Saturday at the Perth Exhibition and Convention Centre, Cahoots are bringing the best of fun for all to enjoy, including a rock painting station, stim toys to play with and a chance to win a prizes and discounts.

Plus! Our incredible friends at Beyond Bank are offering one lucky winner the chance to snag a $500 voucher. All you have to do is come say hi to Cahoots at The Perth Disability Connection Expo and enter the competition via our QR code on the day.

As an inclusive event, the Perth Disability Connection expo is free for all to attend with a quiet time included between 10:00am and 10:45am, so there’s loads of reasons to come along.

Help us, help others

No matter how small, your contribution goes towards helping Cahoots lower the costs for families using our services. Whilst we are NDIS funded, there is often a shortfall between the funding and the cost of our activities, so your donations mean families can still send their loved ones to our camps and programs.

For many, Cahoots is a life changing experience for both the participants who grow, learn and enjoy themselves, but it also provides respite to parents and families from the demands of full time care. Anything you can spare is greatly appreciated.
