DESCRIPTION:IMPORTANT: To be placed into a medium support service\, the participant must have first completed an assessment on one of our day programs. \nTo make a booking request(s) for this camp and to view all available camp dates\, please click the links below. \nPLEASE NOTE: When you register\, it is only a booking request. Our Family Relationship Officers will be in touch to confirm your booking. \nTo register interest click here!  \nAbout this Camp:\nREGISTRATIONS CLOSE 10 DAYS BEFORE THE CAMP. \nThe aim of the medium support service is to provide participants the opportunity to push some boundaries that they may not have been able to previously\, as well as provide opportunities to socialise and participate in group activities in a supportive and safe environment.  \nOur medium support services aim to enhance the participants’ independence by utilising different modes of transport\, experiencing engaging and interactive activities\, and taking part in life skills development. \n\nAges: 12-17\nCare Ratio: Mix of 1:1 and 1:2\nTime: Drop off is at 8.30am. Pick up is at 3.30pm.\nCost: To view the price guide\, click here. Price is inclusive of all transportation between external activities\, catering\, activities and support. For participants without funding please contact info@cahoots.org.au.\n\nPlease note: Cahoots does not operate on Public Holidays – should camping days be reduced\, the cost will be amended accordingly.
